The Wellness Centre with an outdoor pool was a rejuvenating oasis. I felt like a mermaid lounging in the pool, surrounded by the luscious greenery of the chestnut trees. It was pure bliss, as if I had been transported to a magical forest retreat.
Towel quality could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at a hillside hotel with breathtaking views. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the valley. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. The daily cleaning service was a plus. Despite a few minor issues like rough towels and limited breakfast options, I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the area. a great experience!

Nothing, all excellent.

The rooms at Royal Hotel Montevergine are absolutely amazing! They have balconies with breathtaking views of the lush green woods of the Partenio Mountain. It's so refreshing to wake up and enjoy the beauty of nature right from your room. As someone who loves being surrounded by nature, this was truly a dream come true.
I wasn't a fan of the minimalist furniture in the rooms. But hey, that's just my personal taste.

Spent Christmas in the mountains and it was a great experience. The hotel's location was perfect. It was in the midst of nature and had incredible views of the area. The food was fantastic, especially the traditional Christmas meal that they served. The staff were all welcoming and friendly.
The WiFi signal in the room was weak and often dropped. , the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, which led to some restless nights.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium and was impressed with the concierge meeting facilities. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during the event. It was a convenient and professional environment for conducting our business discussions.
The only service that I missed for my work was access to a dedicated business center. It would have been beneficial to have a designated space with workstations and printing facilities.

The location of the hotel is great as it's near the highway and close to the mountains with picturesque walking trails. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with doors leading to a charming balcony. the breakfast had decent quality as mentioned in a review.
Regretfully, the staff were unhelpful on how to get around, which was a huge letdown, as mentioned in another review.

Great location with stunning mountain views and easy access to nearby tourist sites. the friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service. the comfortable rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.
Although the hotel had modern facilities, the weak Wi-Fi and limited breakfast options were disappointing. the lack of shuttle buses or other transport options made it difficult to explore the area independently without having to rely on taxis or private cars.
